Shipping & Returns
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 12 Noon AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following business day
We ship all orders by sourcing the most cost effective and reliable couriers within Australia. We commonly using Australia Post, Fastway and Sendle.
We use Standard delivery methods as a default but express and international options are available.
Couriers and Australia Post are experiencing delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity, government restrictions and increased demand as a result of COVID-19.
Increased volumes and workforce capacity constraints may cause a 3 day delay for parcels destined for South Australia & Victoria
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, An email will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. This email will provide the information for tracking so you can track the progress of your order.
Return & Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit.
Witch & Willow will exchange items if returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase, any items returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted.
All returns must be returned to customer service at:

If you wish to return an item by post you must email or phone us as soon as possible within the 14 day period at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Items must be returned in their original condition with all labels, tags and packaging. Once Witch & Willow has received and assessed your returned item, we will discuss further the terms and refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny your refund if items are returned used, or damaged in any way.
Sale, Discounted, Gift Voucher Items
Sale, discounted, and discount coupon items and gift vouchers are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds are issued for any product that is deemed faulty only.
For items returned due to purposes such as sizing, change of mind, or wrong selection, we will offer a store credit to purchase another item from our store or website. The full balance of the item purchased will be allocated to an in-store (credit) gift card for the full amount of the returned item.
A refund for a faulty product may be issued as:
Cash refund to the purchasing bank account number/direct debit card or credit card used for the transaction only.
Cash Sale to Cash Refund where cash was used and not as a bank/credit card transaction.
Valid Sales Receipt
A return will not be granted unless a Sales receipt from Witch & Willow for the actual item can be produced. This receipt is necessary.
Your receipt may be presented in the form of a Witch & Willow printed receipt, emailed linked receipt or mobile phone linked receipt.
Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges due to a fast turnover of stock. We recommend returning your original item back to us and using a credit gift card to select a suitable alternative.
Items Purchased as Gifts
Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund an unwanted purchase such as a gifted item for a cash or debit/credit card refund. A store credit or gift card will be issued in place of the item returned to use to purchase an alternate product. The product must be returned in accordance to the returns policy here.
Lost In transit
Witch & Willow will not issue a refund on item/s that have been posted and are not received or lost in transit - we recommend using a traceable method of delivery and tracking on request of purchase.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.
PLEASE NOTE IF USING LAYBUY AS YOUR PAYMENT OPTION AND IF FOR ANY REASON YOU REQUIRE A REFUND THERE WILL BE A 6% LAYBUY FEE (OF ORDER VALUE) THAT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
