Cancellation Policy

​

Please note we need at least 2 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your appointment with The Witches Charm staff and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants].

For cancellations, please telephone The Witches Charm on (02) 40673735. If you have made a booking via our Online Bookings Link from our website, a Cancellation can be made using the Cancellation Button on your appointment confirmation.

Booking Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge that by making a booking at The Witches Charm (ABN: 46607035275) with any of the in-house consultants on this website you are entering an agreement with The Witches Charm on the following Booking Terms and Conditions.

·                   Appointments are scheduled and set out as advised by each of our in-house consultants terms and fees.

·                   Sessions can be booked for various times as required by each of our in-house consultants terms and fees   

     

1. Fees and Payment

​

1.1            When making a booking, you will be required to choose the type and length of the reading you require which will show the total fee amount payable on the day for the psychic medium reading. 

​

2. Rescheduled Bookings

​

2.1            We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any requested changes to appointment times received before 24 hours prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to deem booking changes made within the 24 hours prior to the appointment as a cancellation in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

​

2.2           You accept that we may be required to reschedule appointments with our readers at The Witches Charm in the event that we, [the proprietor, staff, including but not limited to, therapists, holistic and well-being consultants, psychic readers and consultants]  is rendered unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. sickness, acts of God and other forced events) and you agree to discuss in good faith the rescheduling of any appointment as a result of us requiring to amend a booking for any reason.

3.Termination of a Session

​

3.1              You agree that [the proprietor and staff at The Witches Charm, including but not limited to, therapists, holistic and well-being consultants, psychic readers consultants] is entitled to cancel or terminate a reading, therapy or alternate therapy booked session at any time (including at any time during a session) for any or no reason.  If our Readers or alternate consultants notifies you of a termination due to circumstances beyond your control, then you must immediately comply with directions and we shall refund any part of the Fee actually paid to us by you (provided you are not in breach of these Booking Terms and Conditions).

3.2                   In good faith both the client and reader/consultant agree to inform either parties if a connection is not or has not been made within the initial 15 minutes of a 30 and 45 minute reading and 20 minutes of a 60 minute reading. The consultation will be ended and the client will not be charged for the service. After the duration of the mentioned times a full payment for serves is required (unless unforeseeable circumstance prevail).

4. Participating in Psychic Readings

​

4.1              You understand that participating in a psychic reading can be (and often is) an emotional and potentially confronting experience.

It is the policy of The Witches Charm to ensure all clients receive a services of honesty and professionalism at all times.

​

4.2              You acknowledge that you are choosing to have a psychic reading and that the reading will be given to you in good faith to provide you with insight and guidance of thought – it is subject to your own personal interpretation and is not intended to constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, personal or professional advice.

4.3             You acknowledge that insights, guidance and psychic reading experiences may vary from person-to-person and reading-to-reading, so whilst our readers at The Witches Charm use their best endeavours to utilize the full potential of their gift and ability when engaging in a psychic reading, you acknowledge that due to the nature of such readings our readers and the proprietor of The Witches Charm cannot (and does not) guarantee the accuracy,  completeness or applicability of the reading.

4.4         You agree to act respectfully and in good faith in connection with each reading and agree not to deliberately mislead or lie to our Psychic Medium, Clairvoyant readers or otherwise  disrupt any reading.

4.5            Recording a Reading using your personal recording device (eg: mobile phone or voice recording device)  is NOT PERMITTED under the guidance of the Legal Entities, Underwriters and Corporate Body Insurers of  The Witches Charm ABN: 46607035275.

4.6             You, (the Client) may write dictation during your session with the Psychics, Mediums, and Well-being Consultants. The written information in its entirety that is dictated by the client during a Reading or Consultation session will not be represented or associated with liability for its content in any way by The Witches Charm [the proprietor, staff, including but not limited to, therapists, holistic and well-being consultants, psychic readers and consultants]

4.7           You agree not to use or share any of the content from any sessions or consultations you attended at The Witches Charm in any public venue, event or media platform or upload any written content on any social media platform (or otherwise).

5.              Minors

​

5.1            Person's under the age of 16 will NOT be permitted to participate in a Psychic, Medium reading without the consent of a guardian/carer/parent. You acknowledge that if you are under the age of 16, you will only be permitted to have a face-to-face appointment with consent of a guardian. You agree to have a guardian present with you during your appointment.  If you attend without a guardian present, then you shall not be able to attend appointment and it will be cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

6.              No Responsibility for Your Actions

​

6.1               The Witches Charm, the proprietor and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants] takes no responsibility (and shall not be liable) for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of your session and (to the extent permitted by law) you release, The Witches Charm, the proprietor and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants, energy consultants] from any and all liability that may  arise in connection with your participation in your reading and consultation session.

6.2             You acknowledge that The Witches Charm, the proprietor and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants, energy  consultants] will not provide recommendations, give you directions or advise you on decisions to be made (or actions to be taken) by you and you agree that any personal insights or opinions communicated to you by Witch & Willow, the proprietor and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants, energy consultants] will not be relied on by you.

7.              Confidentiality

7.1            You and The Witches Charm, the proprietor and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants, energy consultants] agree that your psychic reading and consultation sessions are confidential and will be treated as such by you and The Witches Charm, the proprietor and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants, energy consultants].

7.2            You agree that you will not make any public comment or comment on any social media platform (or otherwise) that may disparage, defame or negatively affect The Witches Charm, the proprietor and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants, energy consultants] or The Witches Charm, the proprietor and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants, energy consultants] reputation.

8             You agree that prior to a Reading or Consultation with any practitioner or consultant working within The Witches Charm you will under no circumstance attend an appointment under the influence of alcohol, or drug use and are in sound mind. During each session you agree to use information provided in an ethical and responsible manner and acknowledge that all information provided is to help gain insight to your own personal life. All information provided during any sessions is at the customers discretion and free will to determine if the information will best assist them. At no time will any consultants or readers instruct a customer/client to act in any unethical manner thereafter a session.

9.                Legal Liability   

All consultations and Readings are confidential and information discusses is treated as personal and confidential and will not disclose information anytime thereafter a session at The Witches Charm.  Please be advised that if the Proprietor or  consultants working under The Witches Charm are approached by a court of law and is subpoenaed, we have a legal obligation to submit information in relation to a client/customer without their consent.

Notice of Liability

Although the content of consultations at The Witches Charm is instructive in nature, it is up to the client to use the information and guidance in a safe and ethical manner. The Witches Charm, the proprietor and consultants [including but not limited to: psychic mediums, clairvoyants, holistic and well-being consultants, energy consultants] are not responsible or liable for any misuse of the information disclosed during or after any consultation attended by the client at The Witches Charm. Although information and guidance are generally considered safe for most people, persons with mental disabilities or a history of mental illness, drug or alcohol used should seek guidance from a licensed professional. All consultants working in-house at Witch & Willow and who represent The Witches Charm and its brand will not give medical advice or discuss health issues with any client. Please seek professional counsel from a registered adviser.

All consultants working within The Witches Charm and who represent The Witches Charm and its brand will not seek information by tuning into or connecting into another person’s energy field, psychic energy or give relationship insight or advise of other parties without their knowledge or consent.

​

By attending an appointment at The Witches Charm with a chosen consultant you agree on the Terms and Conditions stated in the above declaration and all information within the Disclaimer, Returns and Exchanges, Appointment Terms and Conditions, Layby and On hold and Instore Layby agreements.
